Shipping

Once you've placed your order you'll receive an email confirmation and a loud but inaudible thank-you coming from me when I see your order! I'll typically need about 1-3 days to gather your artwork and get them on their way. Apparel orders are made especially for you at a local printshop, it can take a maximum of 14 days to complete before shipping. Unfortunately if the order is placed with other items, they will all be shipped together. If you would like to receive any items earlier you will have to place orders separately. Once your order's been placed in Canada Post's capable care, you should receive it within about 10 business days (for most places - but please visit Canada Post's website for more International information).
 

When you select Lettermail shipping, there is no tracking or insurance so I can't help locate your order once it's been dispatched. For this reason, I'm unable to be responsible for Lettermail orders that are lost/stolen. Having said this, I've shipped thousands of Lettermail orders with Canada Post and have yet to hear of one not arriving (that wasn't due to a customer's address error...please double check your address when ordering :) )! Please get in touch if you have any concerns or haven't received it yet so that I can be aware and do my best to help you.

Ordering a gift? Make sure you choose Expedited or XPresspost shipping to get it extra quick and trackable! Some key things to consider are that Canada Post needs to rest like the best of us and doesn't operate on weekends or holidays.
Orders place during the Holiday Season may take an unusually long time, so I do encourage early shopping
and Expedited shipping to make sure you get those gifts on time!

Returns & Exchanges

Please note when you select Lettermail shipping instead of Expedited shipping at the Check-Out that I will be unable to assist with orders that were lost or damaged on their way to you. I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges in those situations, but please reach out so that I may be aware of it! For more peace of mind, please select the Expedited or Xpresspost shipping option at Check-Out.
If your Lettermail order is returned to me due to an address that was incorrect upon ordering, I would ask that you cover the postage for me to ship it where it was meant to go. If it was my error (I'm human too!) then of course I will notify you asap and reship it to you at no extra charge.

-For Orders Using Expedited Shipping-

As all apparel orders are made especially for you I am unable to accept returns or exchanges, so please make sure your size is correct before placing your order.
If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your unused, unopened, undamaged artwork, greets, postcards or stickers you can! Please contact me and send it back within 2 weeks. You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping when returning or exchanging your order. Please note that the shipping you paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. It's best to opt for a trackable shipping service and to add shipping insurance, especially on orders over $50, as I can not guarantee that I will receive your returned item and would hate if it got lost along the way! 
Once I have opened your return, I'll get in touch via email and if the item(s) is/are in resellable condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note this can take several business days. If the item(s) is/are not in a resellable state, a restocking fee of 25% may be deducted from your refund.
